In St. George there are plenty of places to find bargains on nice clothes. The Red Cliff’s mall has everything from JC Penny and Dillard’s to Kay Jewelers and Barnes and Noble. Just down the street from the Red Cliff’s Mall is a nice outlet mall, filled with inexpensive, nice clothing, accessories, and shoe stores. There are also dozens of local small businesses that sell nice clothes, accessories, and jewelry.
